ALBANIA - Interruption of traffic on the Librazhd - Prenjas road section (Librazhd - Prrenjas)

Due to a massive landslide, part of the Librazhd - Prrenjas road section in the Republic of Albania is completely blocked for all types of traffic.

Due to the severity of the natural disaster and the volume of the landslide, there is no exact time or date when this road will be operational. Crews on the ground are working to clear it up, but the situation is complex.

All carriers and drivers traveling to Tirana and the port of Durres in order to avoid long delays are recommended to use the alternative route through Kosovo or Border Crossings with Greece - Kakavia, Qafe Bote!

We appeal to all transport companies to timely revise their routes and follow the instructions of competent authorities at Albanian border crossings, until the damages are completely repaired.
