Four-hour work stoppage at customs offices on Monday, 27 July 2026

OFAE informs road transport companies and professionals that the Federation of Greek Customs Officers (OTYE) has announced a four-hour work stoppage on Monday, 27 July 2026, from 07:30 to 11:30.
The industrial action will affect all customs services operating on a 24-hour basis throughout Greece, including land border customs offices operating around the clock.
Delays in truck crossings and customs clearance procedures are expected during the work stoppage. Transport companies and drivers are advised to plan their journeys accordingly, also allowing for possible queues and extended waiting times after customs operations resume.
